Its OK"Sort of a mix between a green tea and an oolong, with an almost nutty flavor. Not a personal favorite, but certainly a unique and interesting blend for die-hard oolong fanatics. "

adagio-ti-kuan-yin-trio.jpgThis is sort of a bastard child mix between a green tea and an oolong. It tastes very much like the tea you’re served at a chinese restaurant - very earthy, with a tea-bark tinge (but not quite so much that it actually tastes like you’re licking a tree - many “Chinese restaurant oolongs” have that quality, unfortunately). Behind everything are some different notes though, almost nutty, for lack of a better term. As oolongs go, this isn’t the flavor I usually go for, but it was still an interesting brew. Not something I’d buy again, but those who generally enjoy what I call “tree-bark teas” would likely find this to be an interesting change of pace.
