Largely due to the health benefits, I have been anxious to find a green tea that appealed to me enough for me to believe I would actually drink it every day. I may have finally found that tea! When I opened the package of Adagio’s Apricot Green, I was greeted by an amazingly fresh peachy/apricot aroma. This in itself was enough for me to start getting my hopes up.
Upon brewing, the leaves were so large, that I probably did not actually need to use as much as I did. I tried it first plain, just to see if the apricot was going to be sweet enough alone for my palate. I actually preferred it with a little sugar, which really brought out an apricot taste that matched the aroma. This was an amazing cup of tea; very good got and I believe it would make an awesome iced tea as well. I will definitely be ordering more of this one!
