You don’t see strawberry flavored tea too often, at least not in comparison to some fruit flavors that are pretty much available in any brand you can think of (orange and lemon come to mind). Strawberries are one of my favorite fruits, so if I see a strawberry tea of any kind, I always pick it up.
There are real dried strawberries in this tea, so I was excited about this one from the start. It has a fresh berry scent in the bag that lingers in a more mild form when you actually brew the tea.
The pale liquid delivers light, refreshing strawberry flavor that could be stronger, but is otherwise very delightful. After you swallow, a light hint of sweetness remains on your tongue. It’s an airy, sunny tea that is probably just as good iced as it is hot (I’ll be buying more and trying that soon).
Whether or not you prefer your tea flavored, as long as you like white tea, I would recommend this.
