This blend matches fair trade, organic, high-grown green tea with rosebuds and pomegranate flavor, but its the rosebuds that really take center stage here. The aroma and taste on the tongue is primarily flowery, but pleasantly-so - not overpowering or artificial-tasting at all. I was a little disappointed that the pomegranate flavor wasn't more pronounced... I think I made out a little tinge of it in the aftertaste, but that was about it. I didn't sugar my tea, though, so I imagine a dash of sweetener would have helped to develop and draw out the flavoring.

The tea itself is pretty standard grade for what you'd find in a teabag, though tea connoisseurs who are interested in organics and free-trade will be happy to know that this company trades only in both.
