"A bold cinnamon flavor with hints of orange give this tea a unique depth and complexity. One of my all-time favorites."

I found this tea at a health food store. I stood in front of the tea aisle, seeing at least a dozen boxes I'd like to scoop up and throw into my cart. No, I thought. Have some control, just pick one. Having never heard of the brand before I put faith in my selection and moved on.I am so glad I decided to pick one I wasn't familiar with. This tea is perfect. When you open the box, even before you open one of the individually wrapped bags, you smell a rich citrus spice scent. I've never had a tea retain it's scent so well once brewed. You can easily smell the wonderful spicy aroma from a few feet away from your cup! It smells like cinnamon and sugar.
The bold cinnamon in this tea (and just the flavor in general) is amazing! It's not at all bitter, but strong and sweet, reminding me of those hot cinnamon hard candies. It makes your tongue tingle, not numb (like the unpleasant experience I had with Stash's double spice chai). There is a mild orange flavor present that gives this one-of-a-kind tea depth and complexity.
This tea has so much going for it, I recommend everyone try it!

I have been enjoying this tea for almost 6 months, and find it warms you after a long walk after a cold, brisk day. Naturally sweet without adding any sweetner. Try a cup.

I was in the tea aisle in Harris Teeters today, and got a little excited when I saw a series of “Good Earth” tea boxes available. Its not a brand I usually check out, but after reading Lea’s review I really wanted to try this cinnamon orange blend. Unfortunately they didn’t carry it. Ah well… I’ll try it eventually!

From what I have been reading about your preference in teas, it has seemed that you and I have alot of tastes in common, so I was quite pleased to find Good Earth Sweet & Spicy Red Tea on the shelf in one of our local supermarkets this weekend. I had my first cup last night, and I was very happy I had seen your review. This is very good, the spiciness is not overpowering, just about perfect. Thank you for the recommendation!

Tried this one on Lea’s advice here – quite good! Nice spice. No need for sugar, it tastes sweet ‘as is’.

I am glad you enjoy this stuff. I tried it a few times and the cinnamon was so strong it gave me a stomach ache. I gave the rest to a co-worker and she loves it. There is a loose tea, Davidson’s Rooibos Spiced Chai, available in bulk through Amazon.com, that is very close in flavor to this stuff. You might enjoy that as well.

This along with the Sweet & Spicy Original are among my favorite teas- loose leaf teas included! Naturally sweet, and just a hint of cinnamon warmth. I try to never run out.

i have been drinking this tea since 19whenever it was first introduced in the Good Earth restaurants in santa cruz calif. sometime back in the ’70s. This Tea is absolutely awesome iced!!!!
i live in cape breton canada now and cannot find it ANYWHERE. i have run out of my stash i brought back with me from last visit back home in Santa Cruz.
Does anyone know where i can find it in cape breton or even Nova Scotia Mainland? I have been looking online but seems getting it thru customs would be a big hassle and extra costly. thanks to anyone with info.
