"Sweet and full-bodied, with a slight green tea undertone and a faint citrus flavor. Nicely blended. I would definitely buy this again."

I didn’t really know what to expect from this blend. I haven’t had a mate tea blend before that wasn’t on the dessert side of things so I was eager to try something new.
This tea is visually interesting - resembling little strips of pale green construction paper that have been thinly snipped. In the bag, it almost smells woody, which piqued my interest. I was suprized that the scent changed so much when I brewed it, becoming honey-like and citrusy. Both aromas are pleasant.
This tea is sweet and full-bodied, with the slightest green tea undertone. There isn’t any actual orange in this tea, but it tastes of an orangy citrus moreso than lemon. A pleasant hint of the lemongrass is still detectable though, and it’s not at all overpowering. All the flavors in this tea mesh really well.
Considering I don’t go for citrus teas too often, this tea is great. I will undoubtedly buy this again.
