This tea smells like a mild blend of cocoa and spice. The taste is pleasing, though the cocoa doesn’t come in until you swallow and a light touch of chocolatey flavor is left on your tongue. It’s a nice ending to an otherwise spicy tea.
This blend has a decent amount of flavor, and is indeed pleasant, but it isn’t sensational. Considering there’s barely any cocoa flavor in this to speak of, I compare it to Republic of Tea’s cardamom cinnamon, and I think theirs has a lot more flavor.
I won’t be buying this again-but only because I prefer RoT’s cardamom. This is still a decent tea.
