These little “tea cakes” are cute and charming. They are smartly packaged and entertaining, as it’s interesting to watch the tea break apart and fill the pot.
The happy tea has an earthy, slightly flowery scent that’s neither pleasant nor off-putting. The taste is unusual and welcomed, and I wholeheartedly agree with Shane and what he wrote in his review for this tea: it tastes like biscuits and honey. There is a subtle floral undertone that is like the scent of this tea in that it doesn’t hinder or improve the blend.
This is a comforting tea and I haven’t experienced anything quite like it before. To me, the flavor really stands out. I can see this being a soothing blend when one is under the weather, or anytime you need to unwind.
I won’t rush to my computer to order more of this, but it’s definitely going on my list of tea to reorder.
