So far I’ve been very impressed by Indonique’s product line (especially their Earl Grey Fancy, which is one of the best of its kind), and once again they receive high marks from me - this time for their organic black mango. Mango-flavored teas aren’t a big draw for me personally, unless its an iced-tea, but this one made for a satisfying brew. There was no artificiality about the taste, as you’ll get in other blends. This was crisp and clear mango flavor paired with a strong but suitably blended Indian black tea.
The mango flavoring wasn’t overly pronounced, which was probably why I enjoyed this so much. (Those looking for a punch-you-in-the-face mango flavor might be disappointed.) Its not a blend I’d probably go out of my way to purchase again, just because these sorts of teas don’t generally make it into my everyday rotation, but for what it was, I definitely enjoyed it.
