Review: The Necessiteas Pomegranate Oolong
Oolong Tea, Pomegranate Tea, The Necessiteas, Ti Kuan Yin Tea Add comments"The pomegranate flavor here is fruity and pronounced, and I really enjoyed the brew... though the flowery aroma from the leaves was a bit off-putting at first."

I’m picky about pomegranate tea. Out of those I’ve tried, I’d say half of what I’ve had is good, and the other half undrinkable. I’m pleased to say this is another good one.
When I initially smelled this tea, I was put off. It was a bit too flowery for me, and it even made me reluctant to take my first sip. Thankfully, that smell doesn’t translate to the taste.
The oolong tea is comparable to a mild, pleasant green tea, and the pomegranate flavor is fruity and pronounced. The taste of this tea made it easy for me to get over the smell, and somehow tones it down a bit.
Another good one from Necessiteas. It doesn’t floor me, like the strawberry cheesecake and strawberry banana does, but it’s an eventual repurchase.
