My first impression of TEA magazine was definitely a positive one. Overall, I thought the magazine was well-rounded and thoroughly interesting.
The highlights for me in the Spring 07 issue includes an article of Matcha-flavored confections (complete with mouth-watering photographs), highlights of the authors trip to a tea spa in Malaysia, and a recipe for vegan chocolate cake (though the recipe doesn’t contain any actual tea, it was a nice addition for me).
There were also a few D.I.Y. recipes for creating your own tea spa at home and a helpful guide to cleaning teapots. Though the magazine is thin, it has a lot of information. It’s colorful and well put together, and I highly recommend it.
