Review: Art of Tea TNT Chill Out
Art of Tea, Chrysanthemum Tea, Goji Berry Tea, Herbal Tea Add comments"A simple, light and flavorful tea... not overpowering but just like the name suggests, the kind of blend you can "chill out" with."

The Chill out TNT herbal tisane from the Art of Tea is a pretty simple tea when it comes to ingredients. There are only 3 things in it: Goji Berries, Chrysanthemum flowers, and Snow Tea. I was astounded at how the little TNT disc had expanded out to all these beautiful chrysanthemum flowers that almost filled up my entire teapot. They really must pack those things tight.
The tea itself is a nice orange-red color. The smell is not very strong only a little bit floral, but the taste is an explosion of floral notes. The tea is so light in body but when it comes to flavor there is plenty to go around. I would suggest adding a little bit of sugar like I did to bring out the sweetness of the tea but you won’t need much. I saw on their website that they sell chrysanthemum flowers on their own and would like to give that a try to see what flavor they have on their own and compare it to this tea.
Being a simple herbal tea there is not much to judge here although the TNT tisane novelty gives it a few extra interest points. The flavor of the tea is really nice although I wouldn’t have it all too often. It really is a tea that you can brew up, sit down, and chill out with. It’s flavorful without being heavy or overpowering and would be absolutely perfect for a late nightcap, a dessert tea, or a refreshing summer quencher.
