serendipitea-snow-white.jpgI love that they called this “Snow White”; it’s well suited to the slightly sweet apple scent. I can’t imagine anyone enjoying apple flavors after the mother of all food poisoning incidences, so this tea exists strictly in medias res—when Snow White is happy, independent, and curious (or between attempted murders, for the more darkly inclined). I like the light scent, though it doesn’t linger and I can’t detect any apple aroma after about ten minutes. The tea itself is a mix of apple bits, elegant white tips and smaller partial leaves that blend together nicely. The taste is a nice white tea—light and satisfying but with no identifiable apple flavor. This would be good for those who like attractive aromas, but prefer to keep their flavors more traditional.
