I was looking forward to trying this blend of white tea, rooibos, green tea, orange peel, strawberry, peach, sunflower, rose, and cornflower. This is an attractive floral-fruity tea with an intriguing candy scent. Until recently the term “floral-fruity” would have been an instant “no” for me, but I love the aroma here of succulent tropical fruits and mild sweetness—there’s something that reminds me of Pez candy. The white tea base works great since it’s airiness gives the scent a more ethereal feel. This would be great for Sunday afternoons with a good book and an intermittent breeze. The aroma is more apparent than the body, which seems appropriate in this case, and the fruit flavors come through lightly enough to please those who would otherwise avoid fruit teas. All in all, this is a great calming tea that would complement a perfect afternoon.
