When I pulled the teabag out my first thought was Robitussin. This scared me at first but fortunately the tea once brewed was more a mix of various red berries. No one flavor stands out, but I can identify raspberry and hibiscus and something sweeter. The scent is floral and fruity, very light. The body is also quite light and drinkable; this would make a refreshing iced tea. The sweet flavors are followed by a slight tart aftertaste that make this a crowd-pleaser for both people who prefer sugar or honey in their tea, or a squeeze of lime (lime seems like it might be a better choice here than lemon). There’s nothing here that stands out for me, but I can see how this would be a great base for those who like to doctor their teas.
