On the Portsmouth Tea website you can choose tea by types, taste or by color which makes it easy to select a new tea to try. When I looked at the ingredients in Avalanche Rooibos I thought, wow, thats a lot of different flavors, but I HAVE to give it a try. When you get it, check out the mix before brewing. Look at those nice big pieces, even whole cardamom pod! There is a sharp bite with a surprising complementary spicy tasty that matches the flavor of the rooibos. My tongue actually tingled. There is a long finish with tastes of pepper, orange and lemongrass. On their website they even have a recipe for poached pears using this tea. It looks delicious. I recommend this for anyone who wants to try a unique, even healthy tea. This tea is always in my cabinet.
