I am currently drinking Teavana's Rooibos Rose Garden which offers a rich, inviting aroma promising of a sweet and soothing tasting experience. While the company recommends that you pair it with the Queen of Babylon tea, it stands wonderfully on its own and calls for minimal sweetener, if any at all. I have also found it to be easily incorporated in most of my tea-blending experiments. It's a great basic floral tea enjoyable at all temperatures regardless of the time of day. I find it both relaxing and rejuvenating as it helps calm and refresh the mind.While I personally suggest a long steep time, I have enjoyed this tea after only a 2-minute steep. Even after a quick steep the smooth yet complex flavors bring about a sense of fulfillment. Initially, the flavor seems almost negligible but significantly intensifies as it moves to embrace the tongue. The complex flavor is rich and absolute but subtle enough to be thoroughly enjoyed by even the pickiest friends.
