I prepare the Orange Ruby Rooibos all the time and never have any issues with lack of flavor or lack of strength. In fact, I notice the opposite, an abundant amount of orange zest flavor along with the earthiness of the rooibos herb.

The only time I have ever noticed a weak brew is when the water temperature was too low. Generally speaking, herbals need to be brewed like blacks to get the full flavor and using boiling water is no exception. If you let the water sit for 5 minutes prior to brewing then you will definitely experience a very subtle and almost too light a flavor because proper infusion did not take place.

Another item to note is that this product is all natural and will not overpower like many of the artificially flavored teas on the market. If you like iced tea, I can definitely say that this particularly Rooibos tea is one of the best I have had on ice. The flavor profile changes significantly when the tea is chilled making it very refreshing.
