pain-in-the-butt.jpgOk, I'm a huge fan of Oolong and Ti Kwan Yins usually make my heart go pitter-pat with anticipation. Mind you, I'm a fan, not an expert so my opinions rank somewhere with Homer Simpson's donut love (“Is it doughy? Good”). Nevertheless, I'm excited. The fairly larger clumps of twisted leaves take up a lot of space in the pot. The scent of earthy green leaves that smell like they grew up around beautiful flowers is appealing. The medium gold tea tastes lighter than I expected and the midrange body is comforting with a bit of dryness. While sipping, the aroma of flowers lingers, making this much better than what is normally served in restaurants...thank god. This is tasty and would be a good everyday choice; I'd probably choose to serve something else for guests or noteworthy occasions.
