What an excellent tea. All dragon pearl teas are 100% organic, grown on ancient farms in Fujian, to ensure the best cup of tea. Ti Kuan Yin has a true oolong flavor, and, do I taste a slight fruitiness? The aroma of the tea was just as I expected from an oolong, yet more aromatic. The liquor of the tea is a bit lighter but still a beautiful amber colour. I steeped my first cup for about 3.5 minutes, and my second cup for about 4 minutes. My third cup (steeped for a bit under 5 min.) was the best out of them all, having a more full body, in retrospect, than the others. Boy, do I love oolongs, and this one fits right in with my palate. I can tell that we are gonna be friends. I would recommend this to anyone who would like to taste a high quality oolong.
