Choice Organic makes an Earl Grey to die for. I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect balance of taste and aroma this tea produces. If you are a serious Earl Grey fan, I highly suggested giving this one a try. I prefer my Earls a bit on the stronger side. This tea gives me that stronger cup that is just bursting with flavor without any bitterness. Pure essential oil of Bergamot happily flows throughout my entire experience. I love it. The taste, the fragrance all perfectly blended.This tea really needs no sugar, but I like to use about a teaspoon just to intensify the Bergamot fruit flavor. It has a sort of citrus undertone, but you are getting a serious, high quality black tea here. I love the convenience of the tea pyramid, and don't feel that it compromises taste at all. I can see me drinking this tea on a regular basis. It is that good.
