Tea guys is a New England based company that promotes fresh, organic and natural ingredients. I love how the more ounces you buy the cheaper it is. In just a couple days they are redesigning their website and promoting new tea blends, I am looking forward to that.I can't think of a better thing to add to a Chai, then vanilla. After trying a lot of different and not so thrilling Chai's lately, this one intrigued me. When I opned the bag, the aroma was invigorating with really strong cardamom notes. I was really getting hopeful that it was going to be good. I couldn't really smell the vanilla, but that wasn't surprising considering the strong cardamom scent. The inviting aroma was still there when the water was added to the leaves.
Finally, a Chai that stands up, I felt a tingle on my tongue. Now I could taste the vanilla and all the spices really did compliment each other. The color of the tea was a deep rich brown. Still great with milk and sugar. I would definitely buy more of this. It's recommended for any Chai lover.
