Thumbs up!"If you like hibiscus, mint, or anything sweet, this should be a must-try. I personally would have liked a bit more mint, but if you like your mint mellow, you'll love this one."

redleafhibiscusmint.jpgI love mint, so any blend I come across with mint in it is a must-try. Unfortunately, most of them aren't very good; too much mint that overpowers the other flavors, or not enough mint to even detect. Admittedly, this tea comes dangerously close to the latter category, but it's still a interesting blend to try.

Upon first glance, this blend doesn't really look all that special. Little bits of green leaves, yay. However, once brewed it turns a gorgeous ruby red color (courtesy of the hibiscus, no doubt). It smells fruity, mostly. The mint is almost undetectable, unfortunately.

If the surprising color weren't enough, the taste is quite surprising, too: it's incredibly sweet, almost too sweet for me (and I have a high tolerance for sweet). Definitely doesn't need sugar of any sort, thanks to the stevia leaf. Aside from being sweet, the flavor is fruity and tangy, with just a touch of mint.

Bottom Line: If you like hibiscus, mint, or anything sweet, this should be a must-try. I personally would have liked a bit more mint, but if you like your mint mellow, you'll love this one.
