Before starting this review, I should clarify that I do not drink tea for the health benefits. If I have a cold, I'll sometimes drink echinacea tea because it's always mint-flavoured, which I like when I'm sick, and I think echinacea actually helps with colds (though I may be wrong). Other than that, I do not drink tea because it's good for me. I don't want to lose weight, I'm not convinced green tea prevents cancer in any measurable way, and I am a big skeptic when it comes to believing the touting of various herbal teas.With this in mind, I won't rate Teas by Voudou's Purus tea based on what they say it can do for me health - I'll rate it based on its taste, depth, cost, uniqueness, ingredients, etc. If you believe that Purus will help your arthritis, then go ahead. Personally, I can think of few teas I disliked more than this one, and I do not say that lightly.
I steeped this with 1.5 teaspoons of tea at boiling for about 10 minutes to bring out as much flavour as possible. The buds of this tea look like something I'd pull out of my garden if it wasn't under two feet of snow and if I ever took care of said garden. It tastes faintly like mint with a slight weedy aftertaste, but while it has some recognizable flavours, it is mostly bland and watery.

If it really does help with colds, echinacea is more common, so it's probably an easier and cheaper direction to head in if you want to treat yourself with an herbal remedy.
