I hope more tea companies use "Tea Guys" as a role model - they try to use organic, local ingredients. They have friendly staff and they are generous with their samples. There was a pleasant orange aroma from the dry leaves. It was pleasing to look at the blue mallow flower petals. The infused leaves proved to be a nice size and still had a good aroma, just a little milder. The best smell however, was in the cup. Very inviting. At the tip of my tongue the bergamot essence came though, it was surprisingly more bitter than I expected. When I added some milk and sugar it became smoother but had a saccharin aftertaste even though I had not used an artificial sweetener. It was great when I iced it.
