I've tried "Creme" blends of Earl Grey from other companies and haven't been let down yet (in fact, I've haven't met an Earl Grey I haven't liked), so I was incredibly excited to sample this one. Unfortunately, this tea just isn't any good.I usually take my Earl Grey with a dash of milk, so the first time I brewed this, I followed the directions on my sample packet and added a bit of milk. It tasted terrible; bland, for the most part, with a slight bitterness from the black tea and bit of vanilla, but no bergamot flavor at all. I assumed I had added too much milk, so I tried again, this time omitting the milk completely, and tasted almost the same, except the black tea was more prevalent. To make matters worse, the unbrewed tea smells absolutely amazing, and the brewed tea doesn't smell half bad, either, as if it takes pleasure from getting my hopes up and crushing them mercilessly.
Bottom Line: Avoid. If you've had other Earl Grey Creme blends and liked them, pass over this one and go back to those. This really isn't any good at all, unfortunately.
