Brad’s Teaview Snapshot

The scent of jasmine is present in both the leaves and the liquid, accompanied by the strangely familiar hint of pine. Indeed, based on scent alone, the tea feels like it belongs in an old cottage hidden in an evergreen forest. Up to this point, the tea serves its purpose well.As the flavor touches the tongue, I am quickly reminded of my experience with the osmanthus version of the same tea, which I expected. I am similarly displeased, so it I feel obligated to acknowledge that other reviewers summarily enjoyed the silver needle variety and that I do not. The emotional impact of the tea is heavy, but not in the pleasant, sleepy fashion. It is a burden, as experienced while transporting logs and stones. The flavor is thick, like matted flowers, and it does not suit me.
