Its OK"I really enjoyed this tea for a couple swallows, but the really tangy flavor became overwhelming. I don’t usually like hibiscus, however the cinnamon surprisingly complemented the flavor."

cinnamonplum.jpgThis herbal tea is an organic limited seasonal blend. Rishi will donate 25% of the profits from this tea to the “Clean Water Fund” - an organization to protect and restore America’s water.

This herbal blend’s aroma was good, but I couldn’t smell the cinnamon. When I infused the leaves with the water the cinnamon was almost all I could smell. As I was walking on the other side of the kitchen, there was this intoxicating smell of a fruit pie baking - wishful thinking - I don’t bake well. It was just the aroma, coming from my teapot. The color of the tea was a pretty bright red. I really enjoyed this tea for a couple swallows, but the really tangy flavor became overwhelming. I don’t usually like hibiscus, however the cinnamon surprisingly complemented the flavor. This blend would be good used as mulling spices for wine, but disappoints as a tea. This was better hot than cold.
