|"Maybe you will get the image of melted chocolate chip ice cream."|
I always appreciate seeing real ingredients, not just flavorings, so it was nice to see real chunks of chocolate and some mint leaves. In the infused part of the process more of the chocolate aroma came through. In the cup the chocolate was in the brew while the mint was the first smell that hit me. The mint didn’t overpower the taste - unlike too many teas. The chocolate was subtle and I tasted it more when I was slurping the tea and in the after taste. I iced some and it had a little more kick.
