I like Rooibos. I like the name, I like the way it seems extra absorbent to only the most sensual aspects of a flowers aroma, and I like the way it fits in when Tea or Wine would be totally inappropriate. From the favored beverage of the native peoples of South Africa, to a war-time replacement for Tea, to its current role as the Caffeine Free tea-coffee alternative, Rooibos continues to make startling progress in the land of aquatic additions.Baxter Teas Blueberry Rooibos blend adds bits of Blueberry and Mallow blossom to, what I think is, a Vanilla Rooibos base. I'm not really a fan of Vanilla with Rooibos as I find it bland, but the blueberry and Mallow blossoms fill in any loss from the Vanilla. Assuming there is in fact vanilla. One issue I've found with the Baxter Tea website is that the descriptions are found to be a little wanting, and as such you really have to taste to figure out all the ingredients. Still its a good blend, especially when your looking for something light, and a little fruity.
