Zhi has good quality tasting teas. Their pictures of tea are so real, this tea looks mystical. The leaves are gold tipped new growth spring buds that are hand sorted. Many different things came into my head when I inhaled the scent from the tea leaves-from chewing tobacco to a candy bar (something with nougat and peanuts). Kind of sweet. When the water was poured over the leaves more of the tea aroma came though. The color was dark, reminded me of coffee. The flavor was good with a little bitterness. The 2nd infusion was more bitter. It was a good pick for an iced tea.
