Rishi is one of the original leaders in fair trade and organic teas. I like their graphics team - nice colors, simple, and the site is easy to navigate. They have a travelogue section that talks about the tea buyer’s journeys to get the best teas of the season. Well, after looking around their site so much, I decided to join their newsletter. I really don’t do that very often. The dry blend had a tropical aroma, very pleasant. The infused Rooibos had more of a blueberry and Rooibos scent. I don’t know if I have ever tried a blueberry Rooibos before, which is weird because I really do like blueberries. In the cup you could smell the aroma from across the room. Well I don’t know what happened, it has kind of a medicinal taste. I added some agave nectar and iced it and some more of the blueberry taste came about.
