She (the owner ) does such an excellent job at not only blending traditional teas, but also coming up with really neat dessert teas,which are plentiful. One of the things I like most about the website is her section of new products. From time to time I look to see what new creations she has added. I love how she puts the date on them, so you can tell which ones are the newest. She actually had a contest many months ago to see who could some up with the best creation. I never did find out who won - I know I thought of some neat onesThe package contained good quality green tea, nice sized pieces of apple, and chunks of caramel. The caramel aroma really came through when I put my nose in the bag. I put the tea in my zarafina tea maker on the green tea setting. The infused leaves had more of an apple scent. This tea really does taste like a caramel dipped apple! I can almost feel the crunch and crispness of the apple from when my jaw clinches from the tangy taste of the juices flowing out of the apple. This is a sweet tea - no need for sugar. There were some conflicting opinions from when I iced some tea with my husband - he thinks the flavor doesn’t hold up but I think it does. This tea can be bought in a sample size (no weight given ) for a couple dollars or 4 oz. for $14.00. I think I would buy it more often if there was something in between - when you have a gazillion types of tea, you can‘t afford to have too much of any one kind. I have tried a lot of her yummy teas - I actually wondered how many I have tried so I just took a second and I determined that I am just shy of one third. I will buy some of this next time I do make a purchase. If you want to relive days at the fair, amusement park or remember fond Halloween memories, drink some of this tea and it will be almost calorie free.
