I have sampled a good number of Naivetea's frangrance-infused oolongs, most of which were really well done. Their lychee-infused oolong is no different. This tea is dripping with lychee flavor, and a very natural flavor at that. The tea brews to a pale yellowish-brown liquid with a strong lychee aroma. The lychee flavor is slightly tart and entirely delicious. The flavor is pungent, although that is the very nature of lychee (I have never had anything flavored with lychee where the flavor was muted or subtle.) As a result of the intense lychee flavor, the oolong itself is very hard to taste, although when I really concentrated I could taste it and it did serve as a good base for the lychee. Because of the strong fruit flavor, I found that this one works better as an iced tea, although I had no problem drinking it hot. I imagine that anyone who loves lychee would love this tea, so this is definitely a tea that I would recommend to the lychee lover.
