sorry to inform you but Rooibos has nowhere near the antioxidants that green tea has. Rooibos has some Vitamin C (that the antioxidant) but cannot remotely compare to the vital catechins found in Japanese green tea. Its no wonder Japan leads the world in longevity....where does South Africa place????

I really love the fruity flavor of rooibos tea.

Many say that its antioxidant properties are comparable to that of green tea.

But rooibos tea for me is a lot more pleasant-tasting.

I have not tried roooibos tea yet, even though I have heard so many wonderful things about it. If I do, I'll try the Wisdom of the Ancients brand of rooibos as I greatly trust the brand.

This blend sounds interesting, though!
