Despite the glistening photograph, the golden buds actually provide a hue of pale tan. That said, the flavor, texture, and aroma for this particular yunnan blend is healthy and enjoyable. The sharp and easily recognizable scent of golden tea is softer than the mean but provides no insight into the consumption of the beverage.The seamless sewing of flavor and texture is easily identifiable within the first sip. The smooth wash about the mouth and the thick but friendly finish leaves a pleasant aftermath. As commonly occurs in properly chosen golden leaves, the taste of autumn and oak falls secondary to the proud and refined texture of the tea. It's the taste of fire and cider lolled into a cup of prestige and power. Golden tea is beautiful and this is an enjoyable version.
