Thumbs up!"The black tea was a good quality tea - which is always very important to me! It was the foremost flavor and it brewed up nice and strong, but smooth and not at bitter. There was just the lightest note of strawberry and lemon in the background. It was like having tea at a garden party!"

culinaryladylondonberryCulinary Teas has a great website with a huge selection of teas. They also have a great "library" of information and a blog. They are clearly knowledgable about teas. If you're looking for a unique flavor with a nice blend of tea - you'll probably find it here! The number of flavored teas is amazing!

I generally don't like fruity flavored teas, but the description of this one intrigued me. It said it only had "hints" of strawberry and lemon. I love black tea, and the teas in this blend also attracted me; tea from Sri Lanka and India's Assam Valley - two of my favorite regions!

So I ordered it. When I opened the package, it smelled like strawberry lemonade. I brewed a cup with my special one cup infuser (it leaves room for the leaves to expand). Once it was brewed, the strawberry smell was very slight and the lemon was not even detectable.

As I like both milk and sugar in my black tea, and the website said it would take milk well, even with the lemon flavor, I added my normal amount of milk and sugar. As you may have guessed by my rating - I totally fell in love with this tea!

The black tea was a good quality tea - which is always very important to me! It was the foremost flavor and it brewed up nice and strong, but smooth and not at bitter. There was just the lightest note of strawberry and lemon in the background. It was like having tea at a garden party! In fact, I believe it will bring some "sunshine" into my cold winter days too!

I'm going through my bag of Lady Londonderry much too fast - I must slow myself down. But after my normal morning pot of pure unflavored black tea, I love to have a mug of this in the late morning or early afternoon. It just warms my heart and soul!

Fantastic! Yes... I love this tea!
