Another namesake dessert title on tea... the dessert names must sell the tea well because naming like this is very common. However, I have built a reputation for judging the names and this tea does not escape the gavel entirely. The peach flavour is there, but I had to search for it; the apple is there but a bit muddled from mixing with the peach and hibiscus; the crisp is just not there. Crisp means crunchy sweetness, but crunchy doesn't really go into tea. I get the idea behind the name, but Peach Apple Tea would have been a bit more fitting for my personal tastes.

The rooibos and black tea really draw out the yummy fruity flavours, but the Assam flavour is more or less a sacrifice to the whole of the tea. The orange peel seems out of place in the ingredient list, but in the flavour profile it really brings the tea to life, enhancing the overall flavour. I brewed this tea at boiling (as all black teas must be boiled) for three minutes and the flavours were spot on. This is a more complex blend of love, but it is still a lovely sweet fruitiful drink.
