The leaves of this tea are on the smaller side and are mostly an olive green with a bit of gold mixed in. It has a light woody aroma with just a hint of fruitiness.
I set it up to brew using 195 degree water and a steep time of 3 minutes. The resulting liquor is a pale golden brown with fruity aroma of peaches and grapes.
This cup has a sweet taste with a sharp, though not bitter, aftertaste. It has the flavors of ripe peaches, brown sugar and just a hint of minerals. Rather pleasant and smooth sipping, this is a great cup of tea to partake of in the afternoons.
