I am a married woman in my mid 40's with a full time job and one teenage daughter, (which probably explains why one of my tea searches has been for the perfect tea to help me relax for a great night's sleep). I was actually in the Navy in my younger days and never managed to become a coffee enthusiast as seems to be almost a prerequisite for military life! I have always enjoyed tea instead, with Bigelows Cinnamon Stick being an early favorite that I actually still enjoy. I have done quite a bit of reading on the subject of teas, which eventually lead me to decide loose green teas were the best way to go. Unfortunately, even though healthwise they might be the best choices, I have not come up with many that actually satisfy. My taste buds continue to prefer a spicy flavor and strong aroma.
My current favorites (as we have just made it through the Holiday Season) are Stash's White Christmas and Christmas Eve. While I do brew loose tea mostly at home, I find that my Ingenuitea creates a bit too much of a conversation piece at work!
