JING Tea Flowering Dragon Eye

9.5/10  —  1 review
Teaviews Member: Lynn Lynn's review:
"The green Fujian tea leaves slowly softened and opened into a spiky nest, then the floral arrangement popped up, a delicate bridal arch of ivory jasmine blossoms topped with a brilliant pink amaranth blossom and crowning a yellow marigold."

Teaviews Member: Lynn Lynn's review:
"Over the course of seven minutes, the spiky bunch of green tea leaves slowly opened to reveal the rich orange lily petals and a small cloud of tiny white osmanthus blossoms like a flock of wedding doves."

"Even with such a short steep, the flavour, while delicate and light, was still full and strongly jasmine."

The Exotic Teapot Jasmine Fusion Blooming Tea

7.6/10  —  1 review
Teaviews Member: Laura Laura's review:
"The Exotic Teapot seems to sort of specialize in blooming teas. I say this because most companies that offer flowering teas stock maybe 2-3 of them. The Exotic Teapot currently has 12 different flowering teas on their website!"

The Exotic Teapot Marigold Meadows Blooming Tea

7.5/10  —  1 review
Teaviews Member: Vanessa Vanessa's review:
"The bloom is rather large and impressive, and only a large teapot or a tall glass will do it justice. The tea's flavor lacks any real "wow" factor, but that is made up for by its beautiful appearance."

"The green tea and jasmine flavors compliment each other very well... though I was disappointed that I could only get one decent infusion from this bloom."

"It reminded me very much of strawberry-flavored bubblegum, and while I did enjoy it much like I enjoy strawberry-flavored candy, I wouldn’t call this the most authentic strawberry flavor. "

Drink the Leaf Red Peony

7/10  —  2 reviews
Teaviews Member: Numi Numi's review:
"The tea is lightly sweet and smoky, though it makes me look for a depth that isn't there. There is also a slight astringency that is just right, but indicates that a longer steeping time wouldn't work for me. This would be tasty with a bit of honey and milk to enhance the sweetness that's there."

"The aroma coming from my sample package does have a sweetness to it that is somewhat reminiscent of muscatel grape or more accurately honey to my nose."

"It looked a bit like a sea urchin when fully open and revealed a cluster of orangey red flowers and an arch over them made of white jasmine and a golden yellow flower. It had a nice autumn look, just right for the season. "

Canton Tea Co. Sweet Osmanthus Flowering Tea

5.3/10  —  2 reviews
Teaviews Member: Katie Katie's review:
"The silver needle part is pretty good, but I'm sure Canton's other white teas are far better than "pretty good," so I'd rather just buy some of those."

" It continued to hover at the waterline, with small pieces breaking off and sinking to the bottom. So far, despite the good flavor, it was a less-than-inspiring presentation: messy, slow, and unattractive. After five minutes it had finally opened, sort of, but was still hanging upside down at the top of the pitcher, with untethered tiny white osmanthus flowers clogging the works."
