Citrus is a common term covering fruit-growing plants such as orange, grapefruit, lemon, lime and tangerine. For our purposes at Teaviews, we refer to teas as being “Citrus Teas” when there is an indeterminate “citrus” ingredient, or when two or more different citrus ingredients are used together in the same blend.
