Fennel Tea

Fennel is native to the Mediterranean region and southwestern Asia, from Morocco and Portugal east to India, and north to southern France and Bulgaria. It is a highly aromatic perennial herb, widely cultivated for culinary and medicinal use. It has traditionally been used to relieve bloating and gas problems, as well as asthma and bronchitis. Some research also suggests it can be helpful for patients recovering from chemotherapy.

EuroTcup Tisane for Good Digestion

7.4/10  —  3 reviews
Teaviews Member: Dan Dan's review:
"No surprises here, but definitely a contender for a routine nightcap to keep stocked in the cupboard. For those who may fine certain peppermint teas overbearing (although those tend to be my favorites, personally!), this tisane may be a good choice, as the mint is subtle and well-balanced with the other milder ingredients. "It does indeed taste a bit like a chai, but 'lighter'; I think the ginger and coriander are the prominent flavors. It also lives up to its classification as a 'spice' blend: the aftertaste consists of a slight but noticeable burning sensation on your tongue and the back of your throat. "
