KTeas Irish Sunrise

"I wouldn't expect this tea to grab hold of you and cause you to forget your other breakfast tea favorites but it's not a bad tasting tea, either. It seems to lack some of the oomph, maltiness and strength that the Indian black tea single sources or blends have set as my breakfast tea standards. "

" A splash of half and half brought out the surprisingly complex flavors of spice, wood, tobacco, and honey sweetness. The finish was sweet and woody, with lots of mouth-drying pull that left me primed for the next sip. "

Teaviews Member: David David's review:
"There's a woodiness/wineyness, with floral overtones, together with a bit of mouth-puckering astringency and a basic underlying strength of flavor."

"Perfect for someone who usually finds black tea too harsh, but not necessarily the best pick for someone who enjoys the complexities of a 1st or 2nd flush Darjeeling"

"A light tea with floral hints... but there's less body and flavor here than in other Milima's I've tried."

"A rich-tasting black tea that finishes clean and with a hint of natural, almost floral, sweetness. One of the better black tea experiences I've had in a long time."

"I think they deliver exactly what they promise - it tastes like tea version of a hot apple pie with a bit of extra fruit bite added, though it smells more strongly of cinnamon than it tastes."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this tea. For me, the apple-cinnamon component was most prominent, with the mango providing a sweet background for the apples and cinnamon."

Culinary Teas Irish Breakfast Green Tea

6.7/10  —  1 review
Teaviews Member: Vanessa Vanessa's review:
"An interesting blend for those that would like to try a mixture of green tea leaves from different origins. Proper brewing is absolutely essential to avoid a harshly bitter aftertaste, but if brewed properly, this is a robust morning blend that can rival the typical black tea breakfast blends. "

"An African Oolong with some bitterness, but mellows out in the third steeping to a better cup. Decent, but not the best on the market."

"Although this was, by name, an oolong, it was very different from any other oolong I have sampled. With its crisp and vegetal flavor, this is a tea that I would have pegged for a Darjeeling."
