Culinary Teas Chocolate Mint

9.5/10  —  2 reviews
Teaviews Member: Laura Laura's review:
"The black tea base is somewhat bitter and, when paired with the chocolate flavoring, kind of morphs into this bittersweet chocolate flavor that made this blend extra delicious to me"

"The liquor was a deep coppery red and now smelled like those melt-in-the-mouth Andes chocolate-mint candies, a particular favorite of mine. "

Culinary Teas Caribbean Blue Lady

8.7/10  —  2 reviews
Teaviews Member: Laura Laura's review:
" One thing about this blend is that it is fairly two dimensional (even more so than many) in that the initial taste is strawberry kiwi and the aftertaste/finish is all coconut. "

Culinary Teas Bohemian Raspberry Green Tea

8.5/10  —  1 review
Teaviews Member: Vanessa Vanessa's review:
"The natural raspberry flavor was easily detectable and very delicious. There was just a hint of tartness, but the mild green tea base seemed to provide enough sweetness to balance that out."

Culinary Teas Russian Caravan

7.7/10  —  1 review
Teaviews Member: Geoff Geoff's review:
"The taste was a combination of malt and burnt molasses with a dry finish. Luckily, that astringent element was relatively minor."

Culinary Tea White Chocolate Spiced Chai

7/10  —  1 review
Teaviews Member: Vanessa Vanessa's review:
"The spices were balanced beautifully in that they worked together to create a rich and tasty tea, but no one ingredient overpowered the others; a satisfying cup that could easily substitute for a high-calorie dessert"

Culinary Teas Crime of Passion Green Tea

6.8/10  —  1 review
Teaviews Member: Vanessa Vanessa's review:
"The flavor of the green tea is very faint, being masked for the most part by the fruit and flower flavors. I don't detect the specific papaya or passionfruit notes, but I do sense a general "tropical fruit" feel of this tea."

Culinary Teas Hojicha Gold

6.5/10  —  2 reviews
Teaviews Member: Lynn Lynn's review:
"The flavor lingered well between sips and in the wake of the initial sweetness strong notes of toast, cinnamon, and honey emerged and lingered in the long finish. It's an incredible contrast to sencha or bancha. There was no bitterness, or vegetal, grassy flavors at all. But it was also just a little on the bland side, too, with no astringency, no edge."

"The toasty/roasty flavor is accented by an ever-so-subtle, yet much appreciated, caramel-like sweetness."

Culinary Teas Irish Breakfast Green Tea

6.4/10  —  2 reviews
Teaviews Member: Steven Steven's review:
"Pleasant enough, fairly light green with a hint of bitterness and a lightly floral, verging on citrus, not amidst a vegetative impression."

Teaviews Member: Vanessa Vanessa's review:
"An interesting blend for those that would like to try a mixture of green tea leaves from different origins. Proper brewing is absolutely essential to avoid a harshly bitter aftertaste, but if brewed properly, this is a robust morning blend that can rival the typical black tea breakfast blends. "

Teaviews Member: Shaiha Shaiha's review:
"Lichee holds the center stage in this delightful tea. It rolls over the tongue with a very silky feel and the taste lingers pleasantly. "

Teaviews Member: Vanessa Vanessa's review:
"Certainly, the characteristic lichee flavor was present, providing a fruity tea with a tart finish, but I was hoping that the lichee essence would be just a bit more intense. "

"To date I have had only one tea that smelled and tasted like fresh lychee. The rest smell overly sweet and artificial, like incense, and taste like incense smoke would taste if it had a flavor."

Culinary Teas Assam Tarajulie

4.8/10  —  2 reviews
Teaviews Member: Lynn Lynn's review:
" The bitterness was gone, leaving it smooth, mouth filling, astringent with lots of pull, with touches of malt, biscuit and hazelnut fresh from the shell, and with a dry, slightly metallic finish, but all a bit on the weak side."

Teaviews Member: Vanessa Vanessa's review:
"On its own, this tea lacked smoothness, in the form of malty flavor, to balance out the heavy-bodied and astringent characteristics. "

Culinary Teas Ti Kuan Yin

4.5/10  —  1 review
Teaviews Member: Lynn Lynn's review:
"The initial flavor was rather bitter, which is to be expected, according to the vendor's description, but with vegetal undertones I wasn't happy with in a Ti Kuan Yin."
