Post Chai

Today in the Pita Herbal Ayurvedic Chai, I added a balanced amount of Assam Pure Tea to get a true character of Chai that is a favoured drink in Indian Subcontinent. The result was a Masala chai. The Assam Tea- added strong astringent and the Pita Herbal Ayurvedic mixture served as spices and herbs necessary for a masala chai. The Balancing is important and depends on person to person. I added more of Assam and less of Pita Herbal Ayurvedic mixture.
