Teavana quality tea stores?

I'm honestly quite tired of the terrible service at my nearby Teavana stores. They really have wonderful teas, but they always are pushing me to buy much more than I want, which is especially annoying since their tea is very pricey. And many of the employees seem to know very little about tea.
Could you guys suggest some other places to get tea with the same quality? Preferably if they have a store in the Seattle area.
Online stores are alright as well.
