Thumbs up!"A delicious peach-flavored fruit-infusion, with hints of apple and pineapple in the background... just make sure you allow ample brewing time for this one to reach its full potential."

teavana.jpgTeavana describes this blend thusly:
A delightfully harmonious blend of candied peach pieces, pineapple, lemon myrtle, Roman chamomile, sunflower petals and rosehips create a most peaceful blend.

Filled with fruits, this tea is rich in vitamins (particularly Vitamin C) and antioxidants. The chamomile also soothes your stomach and throat, calms your nerves, and relieves aches and pains.

I thoroughly enjoyed this fruit infusion.  While peach is definitely the primary mover-and-shaker, you also get the apple tartness and pineapple zing, and a healthy dose of inherent sweetness (remember, many of the fruits here are candied) so any additional sugar or honey is completely unnecessary.

Teavana recommends a 5-6 minute steeping time for this blend, which is about right (I think I went as far as 7 or 7.5) - but definitely make sure you let this one steep for a good long bit.  I sampled a taste after about 4-5 minutes and it was still extremely weak.  So just make sure you give this one enough time to brew properly and you'll end up with a sweet and delicious fruit tisane.

(Sorry there's no pic - Teavana doesn't offer a photo of this blend on their web site, and my camera's on the fritz!)
