Its OK"Berry and hibiscus notes are detectable, but overall it's the lemon grass that stands out in this blend. Not bad, but I'd prefer to taste more of the berry flavor."

gypsytea-berry-blend.jpgThis is the first Gypsy tea I've tried that I don't care for. On a positive note, it brews up a beautiful, ruby-hued cup.

Though after it dazzled me a bit, I noticed the strong lemon scent coming from my cup. It seemed like they did what Stash does all too often, and put too much lemongrass in their berry herbal tea. Of course, I had to taste it to confirm, and sure enough, that is the case. Berry and hibiscus notes are detectable, but overall it's the lemongrass that stands out in this blend.

If you like lemon flavor, and don't mind it overtaking other flavors in your tea, I'd recommend this. It isn't a bad tea, I just don't care for such strong lemon presence. It has subtle depth, as the berry undertones come through. I think a lemon tea lover might appreciate this, but it's not repurchase for me.
