Thumbs up!"Pleasant, mild and slightly fruity... there's a slight vegetal aftertaste that's a bit peculiar, but otherwise I would recommend it."

yogi-green-tea-active-body.gifI didn't know what to expect initially with this blend. I wasn't sure if it was just green tea or if it was flavored. Upon reading the ingredients I found it to be flavored, and I also took note that unlike a lot of Yogi's other teas, this one doesn't have stevia. I prefer this, as there's no guess work with how much sweetener to add. I'd rather have no sweetener and add the stevia myself.

The flavor of this blend is pleasant and mild. I was surprised by it's rather fruity flavor and it reminds me a lot of Stash's Mangosteen Green tea, only a more mellow version of it. Like Stash's tea, this blend also reminds me faintly of fruity pebbles cereal, but it's not artificial tasting. There's a slight vegetal aftertaste that's worth noting. It doesn't hinder the tea, but doesn't make it better either(I've had some really bad fruit flavored tea where the green tea was entirely too vegetal).

Overall, this tea is satisfying and well-blended. I'll be buying a box of this.
